Don't have time to look. Have to rush off and give Zipper breakfast. (Just as I was
typing that sentence for the first time, my computer announced it had to shut down.
And it did!)
Anyhoo, it looks like one of those bits of costume from an old movie. If you drop it
on the ground, it goes spat. If you drop two, you get spats.
Remember the classic comedy "Some Like it Hot?" George Raft's character
was named Spats because that's what he wore.
Hmmmm could it be something to protect the neck of a knight in shining armour? From the helmet cutting into their neck or something...
Does it start with a G?
Oooh it might be for feet instead of neck... hmmmm
Trying to finish the next phase on my paper mache jaguar cub, will check back later.
Step right up folks.
you have a lot of spatjes Rock.
Spatjes is Dutch slang by the way, will leave it up to you to find the translation

Just a first none newspaper layer, still needs lots of work but it's for an October birthday so time is coming closer...
Well, Shucks! Typed a post and forgot to hit the "Post Reply" button. D'OH!
I'm guessing it's a paper mache cat. Hard to tell with a work in progress. Back in
the 80s, a friend and I went to a play in Hollywood titled "Work in Progress". The
title is the only thing I remember. Post another pic when it's all done, OK?
I'm glad you recognise it to be a cat type, looks a bit like a monkey to me
This is the inspiration but since it has to match a soon to be teens room I was ordered to make it white with apple green spots instead
Separate names with a comma.
