Has anyone had any luck with these supplements? 5-HTP or SAM-e I tried 5-htp several years ago for sleep and I didn't sleep well and my headaches got worse. I was taking at night I believe right before bedtime without food. I am going to try again but take 50mg with food during the DAY to see if I can tolerate that dose. If that doesn't work I'm going to re-try SAM-e. Cutting pills to get less than 200mg and taking with food initially. I got severe gasto. pain when taking on empty stomach when I tried this before.
