    finally, got the report (had to update to the 5.0 adobe reader) it is late so i just skimmed it.

    i'm sure i'll have more questions, but noticed on the sit-up page it said to do no exercises with legs straight. what about the ones they told me to do in pt (physical therapy) where you are laying flat on the floor and raise one leg up, lower it, do it 12 times. you know this always bothered my hips, one side much worse than the other. so much as, i have really been slacking off on that exercise (maybe it has been to my benefit!)

    to get to the point, do you do NO exercises with legs straight?

    can't wait to start my new bed posture. thank you again for all your time with getting this information out there.
