Yesterday I had my first therapy and I was a little sore but today I awoke with no pain. My doctor also perscribed a stronger pain medication and I had a day without pain. I also found that if I lay on the side where the pain is then the pain will lessen. This works really well if you are having pain in your shoulder or arm. Also for pain in the upper thigh area I sometimes wrap my leg with an Ace Bandgage. This does wonders but donot leave this for a long period of time. I don't know how safe this is as far blood flow but I can say that it does work and when you are in pain you will try just about anything.
