I have a story that I want to share,

Many year ago, I attended a wonderful Church, the people were loving and it was growing in leaps and bounds. As with many churches, we had our set of rules, not always known to outsiders or to those who did not attend Church as a rule. One Sunday, a young woman approached the doors of the church and she was meet by the "greeters". It was a hot summer day, and the young woman was dressed in a halter top and jeans. From her appearance, I think one could assume that this was her normal attire, and perhaps did not even own a dress.
For what ever reason, the greeters turned her away, and did not allow her to enter the Church. She left quite upset, and her opinion of this group of Christians was not very high, I am sure.
A few weeks later, I learned that the same young lady had left the church, and upon entering the Interstate lost control of her car. She died.
Only The Father knows, if this was the last opportunity this young woman had, to prepare for her death.
I grieved for this unknown woman for quite some time, and learned a lifes lesson, even though I had nothing to do with the circumstances. I learned not to turn others away to quickly because they don't appear to be what I, or the status quo, thinks they should be.
None of us really knows the reason we cross paths with some, and that's why the love walk is so important.
I pray to God, that I never cause someone to stumble, or turn away from the Love of God because I turned them away, for little or no reason at all.
Thanks for letting me share this, it was really rolling around inside of me tonight.

Luk 6:27 But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you,
Luk 6:28 Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.
Luk 6:29 And unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other; and him that taketh away thy cloke forbid not to take thy coat also.
Luk 6:30 Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again.
Luk 6:31 And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.
Luk 6:32 For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them.
Luk 6:33 And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same.
Luk 6:34 And if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again.
Luk 6:35 But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.
Luk 6:36 Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
Luk 6:37 Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:
Luk 6:38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
