    No, I was not lucky enough to see Dr Shoemaker. If he was just a few hours away I would go, good luck. I was just lucky enough to see a Dr that knew about this treatment. It was the first thing I was started on. Dr Vrchota (Wabasha, MN) said she now starts FM patients (who's VCS test indicates neurotoxins) on Questran first because so many of the symptoms resolve. Then she begins treating what is left. She did caution me that if I had Lymes I would have an intensifcation reaction of my symptoms. I always thought I might have had Lymes but I was one person the negative tests were right about. Once she treats the Lymes you start back on the Questran. I wish you luck and keep me informed.
