Can anyone give me some ideas on how to help me with this achiness.....I go to a chiropractor, I have met with a pain clinic doctor, have gone to physical therapy and still my hips, knees, neck and other areas hurt when I move.....I take 600 mg of ibuprophen a day. I am fifty one and would like to think I don't have to live the rest of my life with this.......Thanks.......

a magnesium/calcium/zinc supplement to help with my aching. Magnesium is a muscle relaxant, and it should be taken with calcium to aid in absorption. I use Nature Made brand which can be found in drug stores and supermarkets.

Ask your doctor if it's ok to take this. I'd also ask for something stronger from your pain doctor. After all, his expertise is in relieving pain. He should be able to make you more comfortable--you DON'T have to live like this!
