I was wondering do people get allergies because their immune
system is over stimulated (reved up) or is it because their
immune system is weak and compromised? I know young babies
tend to get allergies because they have an underdeveloped
immune system but I think it is a different ball game with
    CFS/fibro in older people.

    An comments?

For Leaky Gut Syndome? I tried to heal my gut years ago
but I am assuming there are better products out now for this.

From what I've read, with CFS/Fibro, you have an underactive immune system. So you eat something, or something comes in your system, you're system is so underactive, it automatically treats it as something foreign and bad, so it becomes overactive. Even things you've never been allergic too suddenly are attached.
