I have fibro/chronic fatigue, herniated neck and lower back discs, anxiety, PTSD...x approx 8 years.
So far have had Allsup and been denied the first and 2nd stage. I am preparing for the 3rd stage or the ALJ stage. This is so critical.

My question is do I have a better chance with an attorney?
The representative from Allsup is not an attorney, does that matter?
Has anyone won their case with Allsup at this third stage?
What kind of questions does the judge ask? I know in general but want to know if there is specific questions they ask

Please tell me about your experience.
    I would be so grateful.
    Nastaran (AKA Nancy)
    Thank you.

Isn't so much how many, or what, disabilities one has; it's how those disabilities prevent one from being able to do any kind of work. My atty. and I showed that my fatigue is such that sometimes, I have to lie down or fall down and I never know when that will occur. I had such pain that it required opiods, which would be a no-no on the job. I was bedridden most of the time and had such cognitive fog that I couldn't even follow simple requests at times. In other words, tie the disabilities to what is required to work and show that is impossible for you to do.

    Good luck to you.

    Love, Mikie
