Has anyone heard the news on this? My husband heard they are having great results with this for pain in FM. I don't know they dosage, I was taking 500mg daily, but began yesterday taking it 2 times a day. Thanks

A typical herx for me is stiff painful joints, muscle pain, sometimes headache and sneezing and increased allergy syptoms. It's pretty transient though, maybe an hour. I herx bad from glutathione too, and ala raised glutathione levels.

I'd have to recommend the rla (reduced lipoic acid) over the ala though. Ala is synthetic and rla is natural source and therefore superior. I always get urethral irritation and strong urine from any synthetic supplement, esp. synthetic vitamins, it was the same reaction, my body knew the difference.
