I LOVE my magnesium - sometimes it is the only thing that relieves my muscle pain.

In my experience there are lots of ways to use it.

I used to use magnesium cream from a compounding chemist but now I use a tablet (good quality) and an powder ( called UltraMuscule Ease here in Aust.) which contains not only magnesium but also calcium, vit C and Vit B's. Wonderful stuff for me at least, especially at 2 am in the morning when I cannot sleep and do not want to take anymore painkillers.

I would definitely recommend that you consider trying it out.

One thing to be careful of is the fillers that are sometimes used. Some of the magnesium powders are full of sugar for flavour, while others are artificially sweetened - which is a definite No for me.
