Amino acid energy? Could it be? Should I take them on my own?

Another friend with CFS said she took L-Lysine for mouth sores. I tried it and found that it gave me energy! Not hyper energy, just a bit of natural feeling energy.

Yesterday I read that it's not good to take amino acids without a doctor's supervison. Does anyone know if this is true? Probably. Rats. My doctor is not supportive.

Take those aminos!! They are nothing more than protiens. I took all of them when I was lifting weights. You need them to help build your muscles after tearing them down lifting. What is our biggest problem?!
Our muscles are totally broken. I taken L-tyrosine, L-Carnitine, and a branch-chained amino complex. The L-Carnitine is to help your cells use fat to burn for energy instead of glycogen. It actully, truly does do what they say. It has had many double-blind studies done on it.
So go get it. They are less harmful than vitamins even, you can't overdose on aminos. N
