I stoped working in October however, I was working out of my bed since 2001 on a laptop and only went out to inspect. My health declined and so did my Cognitive problems, pain and hearing loss etc. My question is most of my important medical records that give a clear picture are before the October date so if they only go back to October how will that affect me.

that you can apply 6 months after the date you became disabled....that does not mean the date you stopped working....many people with disabilities do still work - there is a certain income limit & once you make more than that you are not considered eligible, regardless of your health...however, they should be looking at medical records that show disability...if your disability began before you stopped working, they should look at medical records further back
