I notice significant improvement in my chronic fatigue symptoms when I take an antihistamine such as Cetirizine (Zyrtec). I'm less sleepy, more relaxed, cognition is improved (not faster - just clearer and requiring less effort), mood is improved, etc. I'd be curious is anyone else has had similar experiences, and I'm wondering if this might be a clue as to the underlying cause of my fatigue.

I suspect some, but not all, antihistamines help me, too.

I've been taking OTC antihistamines for decades. Haven't experienced any
beneficial side effects. They do make me urinate more often.

I do feel a little better w/ grapeseed extract and Holy Basil which I've been
taking for the past several months.

    Good luck

    Thanks everyone for your input!

Jamin, I'm going to give Grapeseed Extract a try and see whether it makes a difference for me.
