I was wondering what other conditions if any you may have. How do you know when it is one or the other since they seem to overlap so much?

to you, I have both fms and cfids. I believe it's somewhere around 70% of people who have both. For you, your thyroid prob. causes/mimics many of these symptoms. So it's important for you to have your dr checking your levels regularly.

If your thyroid levels are pretty ok, then you look at what you can do for the fms. I'm getting kinda sleepy here, so I can't remember if you said you're taking any vit/min supp. Many people have deficiencies in vit/min...the B vits & magnesium come to mind first. If you're not already taking some, the vits/min/supp from this store are very good. Check w/ your dr first, of course, but that's a pretty easy thing to work on (although it takes a while to see the results).

I have endometriosis, around the time of my cycle I suffer from IBS like I treat those symptoms when they occur & have also made some dietary changes. When the endo gets too bad (pain daily), I have to get that taken care of.

Hope this helps a little; I don't necessarily say this is from the fms or the cfids, cause like you said it's so hard to tell, I just try working to make myself feel better. For you, if your symptoms start to worsen, if you haven't gotten your thyroid checked lately, you may want to call your dr. Take care, and keep us posted on how you're doing. Michele

of the breats is something that I have and I think I read somewhere that it is common in women with FMS. Also, difficulty in swallowing (but this might be part of anxiety or acid reflux?) There are so darned many I can't even think of them, they're so much a part of me.

All of you, look up, the message boards, the new message board, look at Matt's messages specifically, look up in a search engine "systemic candidiasis" is causes all of our diseases and even kills because it attacks the immune system.

Ps. I am not selling anything, I am unemployed like all the rest of us since getting this DD.

and/or are considered to be concomittant with it, so I usually leave them off any list, so as not to overwhelm the doctor, esp. if it's a new one...dont't want to scare them!
I also have DDD, RSD, Metabolic Syndrome, Osteopenia, cystocele, rectocele, Hypertension and brain damage. I have about 47 out of the 50 plus concommittant conditions with FMS, but am not about to list them all here.
Hey! Maybe we should have a contest for who has the most wrong with them? What kind of prize would we give? Anyone old enough to remember the TV show Queen For a Day? It was the same sort of thing...whoever had the saddest life story got a prize. I'm sleepy and just being silly...don't pay me any mind.
