    i'm looking for ideas and tips to help keep me on track.

    what has worked best for you? what menu/recipe ideas help you keep the program going?

    what benefits has you noticed from staying on the plan?

    about CFS and diet. I'll try to post it. This has been a huge change for me since I live on swiss and goat cheese.

    I don't think I've ever gone a day without eating cheese. Now I'm on day 4 no cheese!

    I've been eating lamb cooked in extra virgin olive oil, garlic and basil, a lot of zucchini that I also cook in olive oil and garlic and lots of fruit.

    How long have you been on this diet, and what are your favorite things to eat? Do you feel any better?
