for energy?? I made another little trip to a new health food store and ask, what was the best thing to help with energy... She told me to give Pantothenic Acid a try, for energy...So I bought some, 400mg to be taken 2x a day, between meals. This lady really tripped me out at the health store, I forget what you call it, but she went to school for several years, she is able to look into your eyes and tell what your body is lacking etc... I dont know how true this is...but I give her this, she hit the nail on the head so to speak with me. Before I told her anything, she said you have chronic Fatigue and FMS..then she went on to say, I have IBS, being more constipated then anything. She said I needed to get my blood in order.. She recommended as well, I start a detox, which I bought as well. Just curious if any have taken this for energy and if you had any good results from it. I haven't done any resarch on it yet.
