I just started taking Doxy for chronic lyme disease. I have had it for years.
Has anyone gotten better on Doxy?

    Hi,

My LLMD and other lyme experts say that doxy is a vital part of recovering from chronic lyme.

They also say that long term combination antibiotic therapy is necessary, where combos of antibiotics are changed from time to time.

Most LLMD's agreee that monotherapy....using one antibiotic at a time, is not very effective in the long term.

My LLMD says he sees the most gains from doxy.

If you have not read the following paper already, I urge you to read the entire thing.....
