I've had an EKG and an Echo done, which revealed nothing, but I've been suspecting a problem with my heart. I'm completely disabled with CFS, can only walk extremely short distances. Has anyone had both an EKG and an Echo reveal no problems with their heart, but then had a stress test or some other heart test which did reveal problems?
    Thanks.

It has never happened to me but it certainly can happen. If you are concerned, get a stress test done. If the echo and the stress test are both negative, then you can relax as far as your heart is concerned.

had both, which showed everything ok....well, not quite. ekg did show a right branch bundle block, which the doc said was no biggie. Stress test showed some blockage but when he went in to do angio, it was ok. BUT...I still have to take heart meds due to extremely fast heart rate which raises my blood pressure. No reason has ever been given as to why the heart rate is high in the first place. So who knows?????
