Would love to hear from anyone from Melbourne.
Welcome to the board! My names Lisa (aka Lease) & I'm from South Australia.
Thanks for saying hi!! It's good to know there are other people around in Aussie who are going through this wonderful thing!!!!!???????
I have only just found this site, and it is really like reading about myself - so many symptoms I have had, everyone here has had!
My Fibro was a nightmare for the 1st 9 months as I wasn't being treated, but now am under a wonderful GP and my life is almost back to normal, but just going through my 1st flare - but I'll get there. Isn't it funny when u are feeling 100%, and you think it's all over, and then bang - I'm down again! But the flares are getting fewer and less severe which I suppose keeps me positive!!!
Hope you are doing well and hope to chat again!
Hi, I am from Melbourne...but South Florida....
just wanted to say hello anyway.
your fibro friend.
I am annee.
I now live in Canberra - for past 24 yrs.
But I am from Melbourne, all my family still live there.
And we will be down there on the 21st of Dec for a family christmas.
I "think" I have fm - undiagnosed , but with many symptoms.
My Husband GB has cfs for nearly 5 years now.
I hope you have a great christmas in a great city.
And I hope your health hangs in there.
I'll catch you on this board again.
Hi Sonnet, just stopped to welcome you, I am from Ponchatoula, Louisiana USA!
We love to have people from other countries on the board.
I always watch Discovery Channel on tv when they have specials about Australia, such a beautiful country you live in.
Glad to hear you are doing well, and sure hope you continue to do so.
Again, welcome to the board, and hope we hear from you often.
Hi there sonnet nah i'm not from aussie but i am from NZ and am very happy someone from downunder actually visits here i do get a little lonely for someone familiar. hope you find this site as good as i do
It's great to hear from a fellow Aussie. We all know that FM is a global disease; no barriers to this one! This site has been the saving grace for me, just knowing that I'm not alone with my sleep problems, aching muscles, tight tendons, foggy brain, restless legs, knotted muscles......shall I go on?
