Hi . A physiatrist ( a physical rehab dr) at this big hospital for disabled people gave me a prescription for patches that he said I can put on my swollen ankle and sciatic nerve's worst part. He said they work topically and won't therefore mess up or mix up with any of my meds and they last for 8 hrs. I haven't got them yet. Anybody tried them?

I use them on my lower back for pain in spine. They do help,I use them during the day. Most days I couldn't manage without them,I wear them for 12 hours, but once in a while I have to leave them off for a day or two because of itching and irratated skin.

Thanks for the response. I am excited and only hope that my insurance will cover them. I am h oping that If they work out for me, I can get back to walking 20 minutes a day with out limping and crying!
