anyone have any names and numbers to some good ones?
Clark's Pharmacy. I think it's in Washington State.
I live in CA, but my doctor gets a lot of things compounded through them.
There's also College Pharmacy ... I think they're in the Midwest. They supply Dr. Enlander with the ingredients for his injections.
I get my hydroxocobalamin (compounded) from McGuff Pharmacy. I think they're in Santa Ana, California - their number is (877) 444-1133. They're very fast and reliable.
hi--i know a great one in west PA, i have had them mail to me before (UPS with signature required, you foot the bill, for narcotics) but i don't know if they ship anywhere but locally--probably.

they do alot of homeopathic compounds, herbs, etc. and they are great to work with, at least in person--i don't know about by mail, phone or across the country.
I've found that many vets need to have drugs compounded for dogs and cats. That's how I learned of two in Southern Oregon. I would call your largest vet clinic and see if they have any recommendations.
I also use ITC in Colorado and have had good experiences with them.
