Does anyone use James Balch book on nutritional healing: "Prescription for Nutritional Healing"?

I use it as a reference. I usually get info on herbal & nutritional supplements from here or from one of my health practitioners and then use this book to learn more about what I'm taking.

That's what I do, too. It's a pretty extensive book.

It's a great book. I also use Alternative Medicine the definitive guide edited by Goldberg. It has info from over 400 leading docs in the field of nutrition.

    It is good beyond belief!

My hairdresser (who has lupus) recommended it to me. It was worth the money.

Our local health food store has it out for people to browse. It is dog-eared from so much use.

    That's a good thing!
