I had a hearing in the summer. I was then denied by my county's ALJ. I appealed. The appeals court is sending my case back to a new ALJ in my area because the first guy didn't finish according to the required criteria.

My lawyer thought I should have won the first time around. The first ALJ made his decision based upon his opinion at the time, not my doctors' opinions.

Does this sound to be in my favor? Prayers, opinions and good thoughts are appreciated.

I agree with Sam. Dont give up. Its normal to get a few denials. Keep at it.
