Apple/Carrot Juice (Calcium)

    I just heard a quick comment from Charlotte Gerson of the Gerson Clinic fame and she is over 85 I believe and does not take calcium (chalk she called it).....

    She relies on foods for her calcium and talked about juicing Applies and Carrots as being high sources of calcium...I use my blender for juicing and will start more of the applies/carrots on a more regular basis. Organic is best if you can do that. To the apples/carrots just add a bit of clean water to make the liquid. Throw in some romaine lettuce for a more green drink.


    I use Rainbow Light food based calcium 500mg per day and not those chalky calcium tabs.....and higher does of magnesium thru the day....
