    Hi All:

I noticed that our YWCA has an aquafit program designed specifically for CFS and FM sufferers. If any of you have tried this, does it help or hinder?

I need to do something this fall as I'm off work and am finding it hard to adjust.

.It was the best PT I have ever had. My pain level was about an 8 when I would getto PT. Afer being in the pool, it would bring my pain down to about a 3, I had to quit because it was so expensive. When I get some money put it towards a pool pass at the comfort Inn, unlimited pool time 7 days a week. It also brought my swelling down as well. Hope this hepls,

I'm really looking forward to it. We have an above ground pool and up here in Ontario, you don't get much of summer to use it. I find being in the water very soothing and if I can match it with a bit of execise, that would be great.

At our YWCA, it's only $80 for 3 months and I can take two classes a week. Not too bad.

    Thanks for the feedback.
