besides light therapy? i've been doing this and it is making my insomnia return :( i do it for 15 minutes each morning. i know it shouldn't affect my sleep if i am doing it that early in the day, but it seems to be. i haven't made any other changes...hmm...

I was told to do my light therapy at 7:00 PM. There was a long scientific explanation why I should do it then but I can't remember now.

When I registered my golite there here was an online survey I did at http://www.apollolight.com/ and it gave me the best time for the light. Every one is different

At onetime you had to register your product to do the online survey to see when to use the light therapy. I see they offer the service to anyone now at https://www.apollohealth.com/apps/circ_assess_survey.html

    I hope that helps

does that site, the one where you fingure your caridian rythym, does it work? i mean do the times they give you, is that what you are supposed to do? or is it better (which i have always heard) to do it in the morning because the light is a type of stimulation?

The times to view the light to reset my circadian rhythm seem to work for me last year. That is if I remembered to turn the light on. LOL
