I am newly diagnosed with Fibro - I've noticed that when sleeping (or trying to) my hips hurt a lot (on a scale 1 - 10) I would have to give it a 9 or 10! Also, been having shoulder pain when laying on my side. Used to be one side, now it is both of them.

is this another sign of fm??? If so, what can I do to get some good sleep...thanks to all

Seemed to help me wake up less often. I use to have a lot of pain like what you describe... whatever area you are laying on starts up....

Wishing you a good nights rest...

I sleep part of the night in my bed and the other part in a chair in my den so that I am not constantly trying to find a comfortable position. The chair bends back, so I can adjust it to whatever feels comfortable. By early morning I go back to the bed. I wake up feeling less pain.
I am sorry you are having this problem. YOu sound like me.
