    Hi All,

If I am going to have severe pain all over (10+) it typically starts in my sleep - and it is extreme. Does anyone else have that? I have no pain medicine and awaken really scared - muscles locked up, rigid, can't move in many areas (neck, spine etc). I feel like I have been pulled from all 4 limbs - sooo painful.

To be honest, the pain is so bad I think I will expire. Tired of my own tears.

In addition, by morning I get chest pain - quite bad.

    I have CFS/FM/ME.

Just wondering if this is common and how everyone deals with it?

Also wonder if food allergy and weather (rain) have anything to do with it?

    Thanks for your help!

    God Bless,

I take potassium pills and also get foods known to be high in potassium-bananas, potatoes with skins, blackstrap molasses, and I think it helps.
