Article on Medicare doctors and debt ceiling

    Read the article below where:

    "The American Academy of Family Physicians, which has more than 100,000 members, alerted them this week that a default means the government will only have enough money to pay about half of its bills, resulting in a likely delay in Medicare payments to physicians."

    By the way, the American College of Surgeons also notified their members similarly. So the medical community has great concern over Medicare and the debt ceiling.

    The American Medical Association has contacted the (Governement) Administration about their concerns that Medicare continue and claims be processed.
