I just got the latest ImmuneSupport Tip of the Day regarding something called Aston-Patterning. I did a search and checked a few of the resulting sites. It looks interesting, but one of the sites seems to suggest that it can be very demanding and can cause problems for people with certain health problems. It doesn't mention fibromyalgia among those conditions. I was wondering whether anybody has tried this and, if so, how it went. Also, how does this relate to trigger-point release and active release therapy. (I know several people already have posted messages about TrP release and ART, which I've reviewed. But I didn't find any messages about Aston-Patterning when I searched this web site.)
