I was very interested to read the thread on B-12 injections. I was wondering if the injections work better than supplements? It sounds like it. Do supplements help at all? Is there any risk to taking the injections?

I have been taking sublingual methylcobalamin for about a month. I think I have a little more energy and a little less brain fog.

Nanjee is right, and I use the B12 sublingual and 1 mg. under the tongue a day in the morning after I take my other meds.

I am on Nexium for GERD (reflux) and erosive esophagitis, so that prevents the stomach from absorbing B12, which is why I buy my B12 from the Pro Health Store 1 mg. sublingual tabs. They taste a bit like strawberry.

Go with Methylcobalamin type of B12 for sublingual use. I have had very good results from the products I have bought from the Pro Health Store.

    Good luck and hugs,

Yes, you helped a lot. I'm definitely trying the B-12.
