Baby steps to better health.Question on exericse

    So, I was really struggling with trying to quit smoking, eat better, exerisce ect...but, recently I have been able to make more of a commitment and ya know actually do it. I have not smoked in 6 days and have re-visited the exerise thing successful for 3 days. Baby steps, I know this a good start for me b/c for far too long I couldn't make it this far. I was also wondering how much and long do you workout for ....what if any are your routines?

    I got a treadmill and only do what i can. Some people can't even do that. I made it up to 26 minutes a day so who knows. BTW most of my problems are in the top of my body, legs are not that bad. I know I feel better when I can do this. I quit smoking years ago. I would be very happy not to do that again, but it does get better with time.
