Is this real bad? Or just a symptom of neck strain. I'm afraid to even mention every new symptom I get now, they just keep coming on. And my arm fatigue popped up after 10 years of not being there with the other cfs fibro stuff. My neurologist did some basic blood work such as sed rate, electrolytes, and it was normal. He didn't seem too concerned about this new symptom. He is new for second visit. Wants me start neurontin. I was origianlly referred for migraines but I bought up my morning shakes and he said he would work on one thing at a time. And I don't go back for three weeks.

My wife and I get that if we sit too long especially reading books. My D.O. muscle specialist said to do some stretching and mild neck rotations.

FM creats many tender points that Neurontin will help with but if you can find what is causing your FM, like a virus?, you will be better off. My mom has FM, but we just discovered that she also has Epstein-Barr virus, which can cause FM/CFS. My mom is wanting to switch to GABA + L-Theanine which should work better and more naturally than Neurontin.

My migraines were triggered by MSG (yeast extract), sulfites, sharp cheeses and stress. I'm much better today.
Celestial Seasonings makes a tea called "Detox AM" that really helps your liver detox bad stuff out of your blood. Try it.

Thanks so much for the advice, every little bit helps! The neurontin seems to make me more nervous, I have stopped it for now. Will consult with doctor.

ok a couple weeks ago my left arm from neck to fingers starting really hurting...went to neuro he thinks it may be Thoracic outlet syndrome. I had and C spinal mri and and Mra today (having to do with arteries) he has given me Tramadol ER but it doesn't seem to do much. Id almost prefer regular tramadol. The pain is yuckky! The tramadol always took away my leg pain but doesn't barely touch this new stuff. I found a whole forum with people who have this and it almost sounds like a chronic fibro like condition! Anyone with this set of symptoms.? oh yes, and I feel dizzy kinda staggering around drunk like.

I gt a very tight neck and get the tingling in my neck, shoulder and into my face. I had a cervical and thorastic spine mri done. I have severe arthritis in my neck and when my nerves get imipigment I get the tingling. we do have trps in my neck so kows what is what.

I was in Pt to loosen up the nerves and the therapist told me she thinks I have thorastic outlet syndrome. Like I want that along with FM, MPS. IBS, Costo and arthritis.

    Hugs, Linda

I was laying in bed one morning and I felt like I was being fried from the inside out like radio waves were in the air. It hurt soooooo bad I called my husband to come home .I really thought I was going to die. I wasn't sure if my whole body system was failing or not. It sure scared me I could not move. I remember thinking that the radio tower close to my house and I wondered if I was targeted .Isn't that silly?

When I moved into this house there was a bullet hole in the bedroom window. They fixed it but I always was kinda scarred feeling like someone had me in their site.Because At night I'd see red lights in my house .
I went through some very scary night getting up cause I couldn't sleep.

I even thought someone was crawling up my fire place outside one night.

Sorry I rambled on I've been thinking of all the crazy things that happen to me both my mental and physical pain.
