Back on glycine .....

    I could not edit the title of my earlier post. The Relora was making my blood pressure go too low - yes, it helped with sleep and lowered blood pressure, so stopped that.

    I began to think about the glycine again, and remembered how it had helped me initially quite a bit, and then I upped my dose and it was after that the sleep problems started.

    So I've restarted glycine, the first night 1,000 mg. before bed and 1,000 mg. in the middle of the night. Last night I only took 1,000 mg. before bed and that was it. Both nights I slept much better. So am hoping this dose will work, will see - so far so good!

    For those who don't know, I also take melatonin and l-theanine, plus lorazepam in the middle of the night when I have the worst insomnia. Unlike several years ago, it does not seem to be due to high cortisol.
