Back on My Treadmill

    You keep up the good work!! My husband and I are doing the treadmill thing each day, or at least 4 to 5 days a week. We are up to almost 2 miles each time. I have been doing it on an incline of 5.5 to 8.5 with a MPH of 2.8 to 3.0. We are doing this to get physically fit, and for our heart health. I wish you great success with your workouts.     I am almost 62 5 ft 6 in at 165 lbs. I wear a fitbit force and have been using fitbit products for a year. it is motivating to see the steps each day. I know I am over weight but for 62 I feel good doing 10,000 steps most days. Oddly I still maintain the weight can't lose so think it is where I will stay....
