basmati rice

    i use this rice sometimes, the only ingedience is carbohydrate with 36g and 12% daily value, is that to much carbs.

    i read it was ok to use while on candida diet, i will stop eating it.

    I read that basmati rice has a lower glycemic index than regular rice. Brown basmati rice would probably be the best choice. You may also want to eat a smaller serving than the package suggests. You need to eat 100% of your daily value of carbohydrate during a day, so 12% at one meal does not seem excessive to me.
