I noticed that some people here are eating Alakine rich diets and say they feel better. I've been eating low carb since 1998 which is more Acid/Alakine balanced and stayed very thin from it which has helped my FM, but I am thin enough now to move over and maintain a Alakine rich diet if it will help my FM. My goal is get rid of the fatigue. Can someone explain the diet? Is it a raw food diet? Thanks!
