Read your bad experience with the saline warm water nasal rinse. I had the same experience, It was very painful and my head started to throb like crazy and my whole face got beet red and I looked like hell. It was operator error. The temp was too warm for me. I tested it on my wrist and could hardley feel any warm but my sinus said differently. I now mix a large batch and let it sit to room temp. Then take out what I need for each use and there is no burning pain. Yesterday it was a little cold so ran the outside of the container I use to put it into my nose under warm water for just a few seconds and it was more comfortable. I think the word tepid would be better than warm.
