After seeing my Specialist about how servere my Fibromyalgia is. He recommended a book to read. It is called "Good Living with Fibromyalgia" it is put out by the Arthritis Foundation. It is the best book I have come across. To me, I will not have to read another book of Fibromyagia, it has everything you could want to know and learn in it.
Just wanted to share this with you all
    God Bless

I have to jump in and recommend ALL of Miryam Williamson's books on FM and Insulin Resistance in chronic illness.

You can read about her, and her books at:

    www.mwilliamson.com

Her practical advice and experience with FM are some of the most helpful things I've ever read on the subject.

book ("Good Living with Fibromyalgia") that the specialist who diagnosed me recommended. He also said it will be the only one I would most likely need.

I have ordered it, but haven't received it. Glad to hear you like it so well.

Fibromyalgia for Dummies? Some of their books are pretty thorough. Just wondered as I haven't read it.
