I have heard from two or three doctors that people who do not have the brain fog and sleep disturbance have better outcomes in CFS related diseaes.

Has anyone else heard that before?

I have not heard this. I would guess that someone who did not have brain fog or sleep disturbance would be in the very early stage of CFS/ME and would therefore have a better prognosis.

They might also be fatigued, but not have CFS/ME. Read the article in the post “CDC secretly discards Fukuda, adopts biopsychosocial definition” by karinaxx.

    thanks LittleBlue...

doctorss get very confused w/ my case b/c i lack two of the "classic" symptoms. i have been sick four years w/ severe, life altering fatigue (bed-bound), myaglia, swollen glands, low grade fevers, weight loss. but no sleep issues or brain fog.
