I'm trying to post a comprehensive list of all the sleep aids I can think of. I'm not advocating one over another, just trying to list as many as possible.

Since most of us have sleep issues, I thought it might be helpful. I'm doing it in this form just because I am a list maker, as I'm sure many of you are, too!

Great list and helpful to many, I'm sure. In Canada, we have Imovane ( Zopiclone), an earlier version of Lunesta, which we don't have. Another one is Valium ( Diazepam).
Also, just FYI, Tylenol PM has Benadryl in it but you can get Benadryl without the tylenol which some may want.

    I'd like to add:
    l-theanine (health food store)
Serenity Pills II (chinese herb mix, don't know how available it is)
herbal sleep mixes (varying brands and formulas)

    immovane (zopiclone) Rx.

I've also used a glass of wine to help unwind at betime when tense, and I usually drink goatmilk before bed too. Yes, you CAN get used to it. ;)

I'm still searching for the perfect knock-out med.
