Does anybody else have these same symptoms?

For example I get a lot of flatulence and gas which
can be my most embarassing and difficult symptom
to deal with, especially in social situations.
I finally figured it was from muscle spasms in my
    gut and intestinal tract.
It comes and goes intermittently and coincides with
the flare-ups, and waxing and waning nature of my Fibro.

I originally thought I had some kind of intestinal
infection with bacteria or yeast, but after many tests
and treating myself for intestinal yeast overgrowth,
I finally realised it was just the Fibro monster
    doing its thing.

We Fibromites have to realise that Fibromyalgia also
affects our internal organs etc as well as our external
    nerves, ligaments, tendons and muscles.

Seeing that it does affect our inner organs, then I
guess it makes sense that our liver, pancreas,
gall bladder, spleen, stomach, heart, lungs are all
affected, hence all those intermittent off and on again
symptoms in many different parts of our bodies.

It's no wonder that our Doctor's initially think we
    are neurotics and hypocondriacs.
Who would believe a patient presenting will so many
    different symptoms.
But for us Fibro's all these symptoms are REAL!

Boy do I know how you feel!! I sometimes wonder what symptoms cause what, because at times think that my entire body is affected by the DD. I get chest pains all the time, I am hungry all the time, etc....Thanks for the insight into the problems we all seem to experience.
