Along with my diagnosis of Fibro/ME and Epstein Barr my Dr. said I had a blood coagulation defect (my blood is clotting internally). I don't know that I understand how this is tied to Fibro, et. al. Has anyone had the same and what are they doing about it?? Thanks

dle, I too had hypercoagulation. My dr said the virus was the culprit. It likes to hide in the fibrin in the blood and causes a thickening (my understanding, anyway). He put me on Heparin (2 shots/ day). I did that for approx. a year and haven't had any problems since. Do a search about this and you will find many others who have faced this challenge.

    Good luck to you!

Sturg, Thanks - I just couldn't figure out the tie to any of this. Glad yours is gone - thanks
