    Thank you for all for the info on low VitD. My dr has prescribed 50,000 units for several wks taken once per wk. and then he will check it again. He said he recently went to a seminar where they said very low vit. D can cause the symptoms of fibromylgia rather than having the disease. I dont know about that but Im willing to try it and see if it helps with some of my symptoms. I have one of the most caringPC I could ever find. I will also talk to my rheumy about it. Again, thanks

    Your very welcome hun....I just happen to have posted about the same thing before you...

    I hope you feel better soon and the Vit D helps!!

    I have increased my Vit D...but increasing very slowly...have found out the hard way it will surly make you run to the bathroom if not uped slowly.
