Brain Challenge anyone??.

    Well I think we have to do most of the management of this illness ourselves so am interested to hear what you think we are managing.
    This is my take...
    The control and communication system of my body is malfunctioning.It is connected to the nervous, immune and endocrine system.This means that my response to internal and external stimuli is hyper-reactive.
    So I think management means avoiding over stimulation, overload and allergens which cause histamine reactions.Its like I'm putting a bandage, maybe permanently around the part of my body that reacts to the internal and external environment...
    Well this is what i think but I don't really do it ...another planet? Ashram???

    I see what you mean. I think a lot of managing as well is to know when to push and when not to. To be able to not do nothing alll the time but to not do too much and overdo it.
    I think?
