I just ran across this book, thought it might be of interest to others as well. I'm considering it for my daughter and her BF as they both have food allergies. Some who have problems with yeast find they can eat some sourdough breads, ie 'wildcrafted', I think, this seems to be what this is about.

The Art of Gluten-Free Sourdough Baking

"I developed these bread recipes for myself after I learned I could no longer eat gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, yeast, sugars and fruit. I had recently perfected a 100% sourdough rye bread when I learned I had to give up the rye because it contained gluten.

I tried to buy retail breads but each one had at least one ingredient I could no longer eat so I started experimenting using the rye recipe as a guide. It took one year to make a decent bread and another two years to perfect and develop the technique and many recipes. I spend my free time developing more recipes."

If anyone's tried any recipes in this book, please let me know what you think?
