Breaking The News

    I'm looking for a little input. I havn't been myself for a while now. Its a feeling that I have kept inside for some time now. It has been truely difficult to describe to people how I am feeling. Even explaining things to family and freinds it seems they just don't get it. It always comes down to them saying "you need to relax" or "you worry too much"...ect, ect. Even my regular doctor doesn't really seem to get what I am saying. It always seems that it comes right back to being my fault. Thats what makes this so hard. I'm up in arms on what I should do.

    How do I convince family and friends or even thte doctors that I need/want some help? How do I go about "breaking the news" to my family?

    If you are going to a doctor who is not listening to your symptoms, then please take someone with you who can help you get them across to the doctor. Some doctors have their track shoes on and want to race out of the room without even sitting down.
