After I exercise, such as taking a fast 2 mile are so walk are climbing a hill for a half an hour. The next day I have breathing difficulties. If I walk normal for 2 miles I’m OK, 3 miles and I’m having breathing difficulties again. I can work all day in the yard and it doesn’t bother me. Just when I pump up the intensity I have breathing problems the next day. The more the intensity and length the more the problem. This has been going on for 3 years after an operation of removing a tumor on my spine. Any ideas?

Have you been evaluated by a lung specialist? If so, you need to do so ASAP. It may not have anything to do with your surgery to remove the tumor on your spine.

You could have exercise-indused asthma, or hard telling what type of other pulmonary problems.

Also, it would be wise to be evaluated by a cardiologist. Breathing difficulties can also be caused by your heart.

    GET GOING TO THE DOCTORS!!!!!!

Then, let us know why they both said!

Have you ever had asthma? How is your blood pressure?Get heart and lungs checked and in the meantime keep it low key on the exercisng and yard work.I think it is great you are staying active. But take care, this is a red flag.
