As soon as I get near ovulation time I notice severe burning in my feet/shins and wrists/hands. Also lower back/tailbone sometimes. I used to get some relief by taking a PMS formula with tylynol and diaretics but that doesn't help anymore.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what might help?

I have you had your circulation checked out? The buring and itching is normally a sign of poor circulation. You need to talk to your dc. about it.

Sorry I'm not more help. Hope you can find some answers.
